Terms of use.

Last updated October 6, 2026. These terms cover the Military RV Travel website (militaryrvtravel.com) ("the service"), run by Kuntry Kreations ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. A planning aid, not navigation

• The service helps you plan RV trips. It does not give live turn-by-turn directions, and it does not replace your own judgment, posted signs or local rules.
• RV routes are calculated by HERE using the rig dimensions you enter. Map data can be wrong or out of date.
• We do not guarantee that a road, bridge, tunnel, campground, fuel stop or rest area suits your rig, is open, or is safe. Check heights, weights, grades, closures and access yourself before you drive.
• Arrival times, fuel use, costs and grade warnings are estimates.
• Weather, radar and alerts come from third parties and may be delayed. Follow official National Weather Service and local emergency guidance.

2. Military installations

• Military RV Travel is privately owned. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense, any military branch or any U.S. government agency.
• Listing a military campground or FamCamp does not mean you are eligible to use it or may enter the installation. Eligibility, base access, ID requirements and reservations are set by each installation. Check with it directly.

3. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password private. An account is for one person, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
• You can download your data or close your account at any time under My account → Personal data. How we keep or erase data is described in the privacy notice.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

4. Memberships and payment

• Using the website planner needs a membership. The current rates and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are charged in advance through PayPal, monthly or yearly as you choose (where a yearly price is offered), until you cancel.
• Some rates, such as veteran rates, are for people who qualify. We decide whether you qualify and may ask you to show it. A rate given on the basis of eligibility can be changed back to the standard rate if the eligibility information was not accurate, after we tell you.
• You can cancel any time under My account → Membership or in your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month or year you already paid for. We do not refund partial months or years; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.
• If a payment fails, PayPal tries again. If it still fails, your membership is suspended until you start it again.
• If we change a price, members already paying keep their current price unless we tell them by email in advance that it will change.
• When a membership ends, your trips and rigs stay in your account. You can still sign in to renew, download your data or close your account.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the trips, notes, reviews, photos and suggestions you add.
• For content you choose to make public, such as reviews, photos and suggested corrections, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, edit for length or format, and share it as part of the service.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may moderate, hide or remove content.
• A visitor link lets anyone who has it see that trip. You decide who gets it, and you can turn it off at any time.

6. Travel assistant

• The travel assistant is optional. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete; check anything important before relying on it.
• When you turn it on, your messages and the trip details you send go to third-party AI and search providers, as described in the privacy notice. Proposed trips are only saved after you review them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or try to get around rate limits or security; do not use another person's account; and do not use the service, its data or its keys to build a competing dataset or product.

8. Disclaimers and limits

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on routes, data, estimates or third-party information, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new date here and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
